Delaware:

No adjuster’s license shall be required for any adjuster sent into this State on behalf of an insurer for the investigation or adjustment of a particularly unusual or extraordinary loss, or series of losses, resulting from a catastrophe common to all such losses; provided that such adjuster shall furnish to the Commissioner written notice within 10 calendar days of any such catastrophic insurance adjustment work.

North Carolina:

Effective October 1, 2010, the North Carolina Department of Insurance will no longer require insurance business entities to report affiliated producers including additions and deletions. The administrative rule, 11 NCAC 06A .0413, requiring producer affiliations has been repealed. The entity should maintain a current list of affiliated agents such to provide it to the Department upon request. Illinois:

The Illinois Department of Insurance is hosting an SBS (State Based Systems) orientation meeting on September 30th from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the Hyatt Regency, Chicago O’Hare Hotel, 9300 Bryn Mawr Avenue in Rosemont. This orientation will provide licensing staff with a better understanding of the improved web-based functionality of the State’s new licensing system.
