The Kentucky Department of Insurance is issuing a final request to Independent Adjusters who want to exchange their license class to reflect they are a Staff/Company Adjuster through June 30, 2010. The Agent License Division will accept a completed Exchange Form through June 30, 2010 and all requests will be processed effective July 1, 2010. There will be no gap in licensure.
Idaho:
Pearson VUE, in cooperation with the Idaho Insurance Department, has announced changes to their insurance pre-licensing education curriculum outline. The announced revisions will be reflected on licensing examinations offered on and after August 15, 2010. Individuals preparing for an insurance licensing exam that will be administered on or after the announced implementation date are urged to ensure that their study materials reflect the most recent curriculum revisions. The new Licensing Information Bulletins will be available from Pearson VUE online at www.pearsonvue.com.
