Pearson VUE, in cooperation with the Iowa Insurance Department, has announced changes to their insurance pre-licensing education curriculum outline. The announced revisions will be reflected on licensing examinations offered on and after January 1, 2010. Individuals preparing for an insurance licensing exam that will be administered on or after the announced implementation date are urged to ensure that their study materials reflect the most recent curriculum revisions. The new Licensing Information Bulletins will be available from Pearson VUE online at www.pearsonvue.com.
North Carolina:
The North Carolina Department of Insurance, in cooperation with Prometric, will be conducting a webinar on October 28th beginning at 10:00 AM (Eastern) to provide information concerning the NC continuing education program. Individuals interested in participating in the webinar are asked to email Craig Johnson at craig.johnson@prometric.com no later than Monday, October 26th. Dial-in information, a link to the webinar, and instructions will be sent to individuals responding.
